The Personal Support Worker program trains students to provide or assist with personal care for the elderly, the chronically ill and people with physical disabilities living in the community, in long-term care facilities and in select ambulatory care settings.
Personal Support Workers are an integral part of the community. As a PSW, your compassion and medical training will bring much needed support to patient care recipients and their families. You will provide many services, such as home management, personal care, family responsibility, family responsibility, etc.
